Sònia Mas Alcolea is a PhD candidate in the Department of English and Linguistics at the University of Lleida and a member of the research team Cercle de Lingüística Aplicada. She is conducting research on the impact of the Erasmus study abroad experience on the identity of Catalan students (as discursively constructed by them). Her study is part of the team’s project on multilingual and intercultural practices and internationalisation of higher education.
Helena Torres Purroy is a PhD candidate in the Department of English and Linguistics at the University of Lleida and a member of the research team Cercle de Lingüística Aplicada. She is conducting research on the impact of internationalisation policies on the communicative practices of multinational research groups in Catalonia, as part of the team’s project on multilingual and intercultural practices and internationalisation of higher education.
Vasilica Mocanu is a PhD candidate in the Department of English and Linguistics at the University of Lleida and a member of the research team Cercle de Lingüística Aplicada. She is conducting research on the impact of higher education mobility programs on the identity and the language practices of students from different nationalities in different contexts.
